The WaterStax is a new low-cost, low maintenance system for treating wash water in golf course, turf and agricultural applications. Water can then be recycled or discharged either to the sewer or for golf course irrigation.

WaterStax has been designed specifically for golf, turf and agricultural industry to eliminate contaminants for the compliance demands of environmental protection, workplace safety and sewer discharge standards.

Contaminants commonly generated from equipment washing include oil, grease, hydrocarbons, herbicides, insecticides, fertilizers and pesticides.

Unlike filtration systems, which create a residue that must be disposed of properly - the WaterStax uses a highly effective blend of microbes that literally consume and convert wastes to harmless H2O (water) and CO2 (carbon dioxide).

WaterStax design features:

• Above ground tanks are easier to maintain and clean.
• Tanks are made from high-density polyethylene which is highly chemical resistant, non-corroding and UV stabilised. Inside the tanks polyethylene creates an additional surface area for microbe colonies to attach and live on.
• Stainless steel hydro screen for separating grass clippings into the grass cart is supplied standard.
• Grass cart is also supplied standard, making the disposal of clippings easy.
• ½ hp sump pump with grass handling capabilities is supplied complete with all the necessary components to get your wash water into the system.
• The BaseLine Bug solution designed to metabolize (consume) hydrocarbons safely and effectively. BioStax microbe solution is non-toxic, non-pathogenic and contains only gram positive microbes.
• The simplistic design – one system makes it easier to operate and maintain compared to the multiple system alternatives.
• Water, microbe and air pumps are mounted in a water resistant control centre. The nema 4 electrical enclosure is mounted on the face of the control centre, away from water and corrosive vapours.
• All WaterStax models are ETL/UL certified to UL-1081.
